Madea Needs to Pay Kuwait a Visit

After reading some of the stories below in the Kuwait local English newspapers lately I feel that Madea needs to pay Kuwait a visit. Grits might just start selling off TSC's shelves faster than you can say kiss my grits y'all!

Arab Times re-post [Link] Woman swindled: A Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Salmiya Police Station accusing her husband of swindling her, reports Al-Rai daily.

The complainant said her husband wanted to buy a grocery shop and she gave him her jewelry to sell but instead of buying the grocery, he used the money to marry another woman.

Arab Times re-post [Link] Husband assaults wife after she caught him in bed with his lover: A Kuwaiti woman was beaten and injured by the husband when she caught the man in bed with another woman.

The wife filed a case against the husband for assault and explained she was attacked and beaten after catching the husband red-handed with another woman in their matrimonial bed.

In her complaint, the woman narrated she went out with her children and heard strange noise coming from their bedroom when they returned home, so she decided to investigate and found the husband with another woman in their bed.

She also said the husband started beating her when she complained about the incident, and then left the house accompanied by the lady. She provided medical report indicating various injuries she suffered as a result of beating. A case was registered.

 Arab Times re-post [Link] Husband beats Kuwaiti wife mercilessly for not doing dishes: A 25-year-old Kuwaiti woman has filed a complaint with the Jaber Al-Ali police accusing her husband of beating her, reports Annahar daily.

She has submitted a medical report to substantiate her claim.

In her complaint, the woman said she prepared dinner for her husband and after eating the food the husband ordered her to wash the dishes and because she refused, the husband turned violent and beat her mercilessly.

The husband will be summoned for interrogation.
